CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Check-in Age:
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Guests must present photo identification and proof of age upon arrival to The Crosby Miami World Center. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation.

 

Check-in Time:
Our check-in time is 4pm, however early check-in is available upon availability. If you have arrived early and your room is not yet ready, we may store your luggage and you may begin to use the facility’s amenities.

 

Check-out Time:
Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Should you need a late check-out, if a late check-out is available on your day of departure, a fee might apply. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day.
*If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our bell staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.

 

RESERVATION CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICIES
The Crosby’s cancellation & deposit policies vary based on the rate or offer selected. Different policies may also apply during special events & holidays.

 

Flexible Policy:
The reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hrs. prior to arrival. A one-night (room & tax) deposit is due upon booking. If cancelled or modified within 72hrs. of arrival a one-night (room & tax) penalty will apply.

 

Non-Refundable Policy:
The reservation may not be modified or cancelled. The total price of the reservation is due upon booking. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, full (room & tax) penalty will apply.
*Rates confirmed are per room per night and guaranteed for the number of occupants listed on the reservation. The extra person fee is $25 plus 14% tax per person per night.
*Children under 11 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.

 

SERVICE FEE
Our Service Fee is $40 plus 13% tax per room per night and provides you the following amenities:

•    Highspeed wi-fi 
•    Daily housekeeping
•    Pool access
•    Fitness center access
•    Access to additional amenities and services

 

PAYMENT POLICIES
A valid EMV credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in. The credit card authorization process seeks approval for $150.00 per day for incidentals in addition to the room and tax charges for the entire stay. You will also be asked to present a valid picture ID

*Cash is not accepted as a method of payment.


 

WI-FI
We want our guests to stay connected. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of The Crosby and access to in-room Wi-Fi is included as part of our Service Fees.

 


PARKING POLICY
The Crosby does not have parking onsite. 24 hr. Valet Parking available at $40.00 per day available at Miami World Center, located nearby.


 

SMOKING POLICY
The Crosby Miami World Center is a non-smoking establishment. Although smoking is not permitted within the building itself, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.

 


TRANSPORTATION
We do not have a shuttle that provides transportation to/from the Airport. If you would like, we can arrange for a taxi or a private car transfer.

 


HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
The Crosby offers daily housekeeping services. Please be advised that housekeeping will not enter to service a room while the guest is in the room or if there is a do not disturb tassel on the door.

 


PACKAGE POLICY
We will be happy to receive your packages. Guest Services will hold them for you until your arrival. Please note that, due to limited storage space, we are unable to accept large packages prior to your check-in. Package handling is complimentary during your stay dates.

A fee of $5 per package, per day applies for items delivered before your arrival or held after your departure.
